  1. Facilitating onboarding formalities including offer letter rollout, appointment letter rollout, salary annexure rollout etc.

  2. Conducting induction for new joiners to make them aware of company’s nature of business, organization structure, various policies, different processes, point of contacts etc..

  3. Tracking confirmation period and rolling out confirmation letter to probationer employees

  4. Performance management of the employees including performance review, rating release, promotions & increments

  5. Facilitating smooth exit of employees by designing various department clearances structure, taking exit interview, documenting employees exit feedback, releasing service certificate

  6. Performing attrition analysis and publishing report to the management along with core problem areas and suggestions
